You expect me to pick a favorite? Sort of like picking a favorite kid.

I know I've posted this one a bunch, but I still love it. Fender never made a 72 Custom on a Thinline body, but it would have been awesome. This is my version of that fantasy guitar. 20200225_185235.jpg

I feel like I've asked this before. Tell us about the blue guitar. I'm a sucker for baby blue, three barrel saddles, and a dark chocolate board. Yum.

Which really isn't that hard, if you try... This is what I tell my kids and grandkids, anyway... Gotta keep 'em on their toes.

Very hard to choose, but these are certainly three of my favorites. 2013 Select Carved Blackwood Top, 2014 C.S. Rosewood, 1977 Deluxe in Mocha

Currently this Asher T Classic Master Built. But I’ve got some others in the hopper that may give it a run for it’s money.

Fender 60th Anniversary edition, and two SX Furrian that I modded up. The Swamp Ash is contoured.

OK....some guys are gonna say, "NOT THAT ONE AGAIN!.....we've seen it a million times!"
But I've made a couple changes, one kind of significant, and the other not so much. This is "TAZ" my Paulownia bodied Tele-style with Bootstrap Pretzel P/ups, and a Wilkinson vintage-style bridge. I've changed the saddles to Bensonite fat saddles, which add nothing to sound, but are very comfortable. I've also added some old Peavey T-60 knobs, so they're silver with numbers. Otherwise, it's the same hair over 5 lbs. mar25 175.JPG mar25 174.JPG

Vintera with tiramisu and regals. Classic 72 with low-wind imperials. Can't choose. If one of them didn't have lollars I could choose easily.

L to R: MJT/Warmoth fat neck/SDuncan parts caster, Road Worn 50s FSR with Hand Bender, American Special with Baja Tele neck and Mastery bridge. I like them all, but if I could only have one it would be the Road Worn.

My perfect Fender Telecaster. 2012 AV, best neck I've ever played. Period.

So many very cool Teles in this thread.

Nearly every guitar I own is a favorite... so I can't really say that one is the favorite. The ones that never were quite "favorite" get gone. Hmmm, that still leaves me with quite a few "favorites".

This week, I'd have to say the Capri Orange Player with American Professional Rosewood neck, Cavalier Lioness neck pickup, Fender Nocaster bridge pickup, and Mint guard is my favorite - at least, it's the one that's getting the most play time.

Funny, but the color invigorates me.
