I have a G&G in black here at the house for one of my other teleasters.
While I'd love to rock the tweed, IDK that it's going to really do the job if I need to fly.
I've only flown with my guitar twice in the past two or three years, but.
Don't want to take the chance.

You cant go wrong with the SKB TSA rated stuff. I have two and have had no issues at all.

Yup, I agree. The G&G tweed case is completely inadequate for hard road use, much less airline travel. The look is cool but they are not very well made, I don't know why Fender puts their better guitars in them, cheap I suppose. My latches are messed up on mine, they don't line up right, the stitching in the fake leather has come loose, and it's just not very sturdy. And I've babied it.
I'm looking at a replacement myself.

This is what happens when you let a baggage handler near a standard guitar case:

And then there was this very famous incident:

And those are just the ones we've heard about.

Obviously there are accidents, and you take certain risks when you hand over your instruments to others. But I'm not flying with $10,000 guitars. I can't live my life in fear of freakish things.

Couldn't check your link earlier was checking the board with my phone,, that case looks super.. I have one of my Nocasters in an earlier version of the same case before TSA locks. If I'm ever in the market for another case I hope I remember that link..

For the price, I gotta say that I like the SKB thermo case. There's no wiggle room in those, which is a GOOD thing.
