I’m nowhere near a pro but imho the 6v6 based amp makes it great to my ears.

For me it’s my Baja into my Mesa Express 5:50 plus, the Bajas are excellent teles and the express are very versatile amps.

Probably not a particularly popular choice, but my favorite combo is my 1978 Tele Custom and my Paul Rivera era Fender Concert 112. There is just something really special about that amp, and despite the reputation of late 70's Fenders and especially the 3 bolt neck guitars, my Custom is by far my favorite guitar. Would live in the streets before selling either.

    I've got a '66 Tele and a '65 Bandmaster.

It's stupid how good they sound together

At home it would be any of my Telecasters whit my 5f1 clone, if I gig it would be my 1971 Silver Face Deluxe Reverb. My 5f1 clone could also do the job if I mic it up in a good sound system.

Tele > Ibanez TS > Fender HRD works well for me.

I’m definitely in the minority, but I dig the silverface look more than the reissue blackface look...

    I mean, I like blackface...but...

Ok, I like ‘em all...tweeds and browns, too—but I really like silverface—maybe because my first few Fender amps were silverfaces...

Any decent Tele through my '64 Deluxe Reverb (also like most '59 Bassman Amps).

Although recently, my fave guitar is a 2018 ES330 VOS! Those under-wound P-90s are superb! Sounds great through DR and 5F6A!

Always has been, always will be: Tele into Super Reverb. SF or BF; I've had both (BF a RI model). Can always get 'my sound'
