a full on riot/fight outside a pub with the police..

crowd wasn't happy about the planned demolishing of their pub... after the last gig...

I knew Jim Porteus, the bass player in the band (Heroes) doing the final gig at the Star. Lovely fella.
He was previously in a glam band called Rabbit, the singer was one Dave Evans, Bon Scott's predecessor in AC/DC.
