It seems that a lot of bands or artists have that one song that just stands out. Especially if they never had a really popular song or even a following. I will start off with this. It is catchy. Has that 80's vibe thing. Good Rythym. And i dig the solo.

Being a young guy in 1993, Helen made quite an impression up here and down there.

Wonder what she’s been doing all these years.

    Norman Greenbaum is my hero.
He"s lived his whole life off of Spirit in the Sky and he only has one more hit song than ME.

In a way, Paul Carrack is a three time one hot wonder. He sang lead on this, then he sang lead on “Tempted” by Squeeze- certainly not their only hit, but the only one with that lineup. Lastly, he sang lead in Mike And The Mechanics’ hit “The Living Years”.

I think their one and only album is Godlike genius top to bottom, but the La’s “There She Goes” is one hell of a wonderful one hit.

Mr Glacier Glasses gets a lot of camera time in that vid.

Some of those vids posted remind me more of a specific time.
