Emmm..
Brass rings, those were common on the Washburn Wing- and Stage-series from the early 1980's

I don’t have an issue with dots but the trapezoid markers on a Les Paul or SG is just pure sexy to me
I know I'm being a baby here,

but my SG neck sometimes feels like it's 10 ft. long, and I wish there was a separated or divided trapezoid inlay on the 12th fret. Just so I don't get lost!

( I do rely on fretboard markers, even after 50 years)

Not many …

the Les Paul Standard ones and the Custom ones in MoP. That’s about it. Not a big fan of frilly stuff, names and birds and all that.

I like everything but those PRS birds. Seriously. I gave PRS a try a few years back and really didn't bond with the guitar at all. Didn't care for the birds, and didn't care for the neck. The P90 was only so-so. It was an SE to be sure, so I am not dissing the brand, it just didn't do it for me at all - and for some reason, I started hating the bird inlays too. I guess I treat guitars that I am no longer with the same way Taylor swift treats her ex-boyfriends.
