    American Beauty, side 1.
    Love it!
Runner up, American Beauty, side 2.
    I’m a Dead dilettante.
My first was Live At The Avalon Ballroom.
I got onboard for Workingman’s Dead.
I hopped off after American Beauty.
I love those two albums, though.

Aoxomoxoa - Side 1. For St. Stephen, Dupree’s Diamond Blues, and Doin That Rag.

In The Dark - Side 1 also...but I’m dropping the needle after the first track...for obvious reasons

I haven’t listened to a GD studio album in so long i forget what’s on them, but I’m guessing Terrapin Station takes up a full side on the terrapin station album. So that’s my vote for favourite GD album side.

I'm not a Dead fan. But I've can listen to Workingman's Dead and American Beauty over and over. Both are balanced records w/ no filler. But gun to my head, I guess I'd go for side 1 on both.

Nah. I'm not a Robert Redford fan but I'll drop everything and watch "The Natural" whenever it's on.

He’s a fan. Just doesn’t know it. Wait’ll his wife drags him out to a D&C show and he hears Terrapin or DEAL...

Does anyone ever play or has anyone ever played live the second half of Terrapin?? I just got it and the music was totally unfamiliar to me...

Maybe side 1 of Workingman's Dead. New Speedway Boogie. I love that song and wished they played it more

No doubt, when we're so used to all the live version then all of a sudden the studio version pops on and you forget about all the Terrapin stuff they didn't play live. I absolutely love that song and always try to envision what it must have been like to write it and put it all together. It's a genius and intricate as any band composition.
