I like the hays code sex scene where Cooper is describing
to Barbara his dream he has where hes her father chasing her,
and when he catches her shes wearing a wedding dress and he bends her over his knee and spanks her. lol so creepy!

and the scene where hes pretending to play baseball

my favorite line though is when her Mom says, "youre smart-you'll figure it out"

She goes, "youre smart" and without hesitation Stanwyck says, "I know"

MDMachiavelli - forgot about "Family Man". Really liked that movie.

A Christmas Story is tops for me. Lived in Cleveland for a while, and have seen the house they used to film the outside scenes. Its now a museum, and went through it right after it opened.

Next is Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. One year for Halloween at Ohio University in Athens, for a costume my friend went as cousin Eddy. I even let him borrow my vintage can of Meisterbrau from my childhood beer can collection. All he needed was a bathrobe, rabbit fur Mad Bomber hat, and he kept saying that famous line about it being full.

He got better the more the evening wore on, got a bit tight and more into character.

I know it reflects poorly on my character - but I love Bad Santa.

Saw that at the theatre when it first came out. Several families in attendance had not done their homework, as I saw them get up and leave with their young children "en masse" the first time something nasty happened.

The Ghost of Christmas eve is a film I've watched every year since I was a young adult.

most classic Christmas movies use the theme of suicide,
so in my book its not a Christmas movie unless someone
dies, tries to die, or wants to die.
