This.
Best Matt Damon cameo ever, it pops up later as his best friends ring tone, and it's a strong start to a solidly funny movie that wasn't "out funnied" as far as first time seeing it laughs go until the first Hangover movie.(for me at least. Yall mightve known something I didn't in the 2000s).

For like a year playing that at parties got everyone laughing. I'm talking really early in my playing life, using an ESP v100 into a dod grunge pedal into a Peavey 2×12 classic chorus (mic into second input of course) when I was maybe a sophomore in high school?

Also the drew Carey auditions as RJ mentioned. "Sorry, we already have a tall skinny guy" "it's OK man, don't be nervous, just slow down".
Classic.

For non humerus, but not a band, Cool Hand Luke when his mom dies and he's playing Plastic Jesus.

I love this one so much: Lynda Kay singing Jack & Coke:

Also, who doesn't like Lowell George on F-Troop:

I didn’t check thoroughly that no one else suggested this yet. I love this scene from the quite strange but great movie Zachariah. Elvis Jones was a bad man. So perfect as a mean cowboy! Make sure you watch till he picks up the sticks. He’ll make sure you watch the rest.
