Not sure where you heard that but nobody is 'wading' to the Isle of Wight, at the shortest point it's about 4 miles and deep enough for cruise/container ships and to go in and out of Southampton! ... if they said that I think they may have been joking.

I heard the term "Howlies" on Hawaii 5-0 and thought it would be a good band name. Then someone told me it's a Hawaii term for mainlanders or something and ok, still fits, still a good band name-
