    Man, that is so good.

This is like if the Ghost of Hendrix stopped in and left a couple rolls of tape.

You forget how much impact it has, when you see 'em that first time.

I watched "Dear Mr. Watterson" on Netflix just last week. It reminded me of how much I used to look forward to his daily syndicated cartoon, and the books that were published. I still have to get the complete collection. The comic strip was magic!

I read PBS too, and I thought I "recognized" Libby's style w/out being quite able to place whose/what it reminded me of. How very very cool.

Read the pseudo biography /account of trying to get an interview with Bill Watterson... Called Searching for Calvin and Hobbes, I think

I didn't know that was the basis of the current story line in "Pearls Before Swine". I'm a big fan of both Pearls and Calvin & Hobbes. My 7 year old loves Calvin and in fact just raided my book shelf tonight for one of the collections I have.

He's probably the last great cartoonist. Google Calvin and Hobbes.
