D3DDA94E-D59A-4502-9439-2D8840DF6E27.jpeg I’ve decided to ditch the 3-way blade switch and tone knob on my Esquire and possibly install a toggle where the tone knob would’ve been.
    Any suggestions for wiring scheme?
I definitely want a position for pickup straight to jack and maybe kill or fixed tone cap for a third position.
I mostly just want to be able to have volume & bypass everything for a boost.

Instead of deleting guitar controls for that boost effect, why not just use a boost pedal or a onboard one knob boost like the EMG Afterburner or try a cheaper GFS type effect?

Don't think you can get there with the Gibson style toggle.
You could do some stuff with a 3-way mini-toggle, if that would work for you.

I have pedals. I want the sound of the pickup without the volume knob in the circuit.

I like the aesthetic of a toggle switch. I can get my paws on a 3-way mini toggle pretty easy, there’s one in a drawer somewhere I’m sure.
