"Matt Prior and England team-mate Stuart Broad helped rescue a man preparing to jump off a bridge in Sydney, Australia.

The pair found the man on the edge of a bridge in Darling Harbour and Prior helped to pull him down."

    Story on BBC here.

After England's recent thrashing in Australia I'm sure the guy felt more sorry for Prior and Broad than he did for his own situation and happily came down with them.

took an hour for the cops to respond to a jumper on a bridge? that doesn't sound right? Or did they not call the fuzz until after they got him down?

Apparently England cricketers Matt Prior and Stuart Broad stopped a man jumping off a bridge in Sydney.
The would-be jumper later told journalists that the cricketers had made him realize he wasn't the biggest failure in the world....S
