"easy" German carve?

    I used a cove bit on this guitar, and I was pretty happy with the proportions.

    Still working on this project, getting close. Here is a pic of the German carve.
    Happy with the results of that cabinet bit.

    I'm really liking this 'carve' you've done.
    The outside edge is sharp enough for a binding.
    Just wondering out loud how it would be possible with the simple tools I have.
    I bought the same control plate and bridge too. Havent done anything yet
    Did you do the back too?

    No front only

    I haven't decided whether to use the plate with the switch in this position or reverse. The bridge and plate were pretty cheap. This whole project was supposed to be done on the cheap
    I'm a cheapskate :)
