They seem to be blowing the duncan pedals out one by one. In the past few days they,ve had the twin tube, tweak fuzz, pickup booster and now the db at below half og the usual street price.

Hey man, thanks for the heads-up!

I'm ordering one now. Let you know how I like it (currently using a wampler ego, I don't expect the SD to surpass it, but we'll see!).

Couldn't find the pickup booster on there, did they discontinue it or something?

The pickup booster was the Stupid Deal Of The Day last week sometime. They probably sold out of them and are not carrying it anymore.

I just bought the compressor. I probably should not have. Oh well.

I know the booster was a couple days ago, but it's not even on their site at all anymore. normally if something is sold out they say it's out of stock or unavailable. just trying to see if there is a REASON they're blowing out all these Seymour Duncan Peds.a

They are getting aggressive at getting customers and keeping customers now. Their customer service is impeccable now. I've gotten free things from them without even trying. Once the sent the wrong harmonica to me and told me to keep it and sent me the right one. Today I called to return a pedal and they told me to keep it and credited me the money. She said that they wanted to keep their customers happy.

I got the Doubleback today. It is built like a tank. I played with the pedal for a few hours tonight and I really like it. I like it more than my modded Rocktron Big Crush. The doubleback feature is pretty great. I mostly used the full eq setting, but the option to use the high and mid settings on the doubleback signal could be handy as well.

Wow! Too bad it's unavailable, I'm in the market for a comp!

What's the deal with these Seymour Duncans going so cheap??

I think they are introducing new versions with smaller housings at the January NAMM show. This is just speculation on my part based on some posts at the Seymour Duncan forum.
