Duane Eddy/Chet Atkins Bigsby arms

I'm considering changing out the Bigsby Arm on my Tele. Does anyone know if the Duane Eddy and Chet Atkins arms are a good fit on a B5?

I don't know why not. The Chet Atkins position can be adjusted somewhat as well by rotating it in its bracket. This was a replacement arm. Swapped B5 for a B3V. I tend to pick/strum over the neck pickup, so the slightly longer handle was not an issue. With a B5 you will typically have more wiggle room to move the frame away from the bridge if that is an issue.

I believe the Duane Eddy is a just swap. But I do not know if it can be bent for height like the regular steel handle. I have never played one.

My vibrato is worth more than my guitar, so I left the B50 holes and "filled" them with screws.
