    I remember I learned this years ago. I don’t remember it being in double drop d but I also don’t remember otherwise. It’s a beautiful song I will revisit though.

    Yeah I might be wrong but the finger picking version I do uses it and makes the mandolin riff easy to play.

    You definitely need drop D for the opening riff.

    Funny, this has been in my mind for a week or two now as well. I never did for the same reasons....just starting to get my head around it.

    Not sure which song to start with, what do you reckon?

    Soundgarden Outshined is a fun song to play but might be a bit chugga chugga?

    Just Got Paid is in Open E, but you can fake it with Drop D, and sing a step lower

    A lot of Richard Thompsons songs are in Drop D. A few classical players have used it as well.
