You ever wonder if you're a troll?
I know I'm a troll, but I don't feed myself after midnight anymore.
You know what they say- There’s one in every room. If you’re looking around and can’t spot him, guess what?
There is literally no doubt in my mind. I try to be more subtle, but when you have a collection of guys who:
-simultaneously hate scarf joints and broken head stocks
-believe that fender doesn’t get to define their own intellectual property (still haven’t determined what a telecaster is)
-believe they can hear the subtleties of tonewood and finishes, but can’t even identify the make/model/pickup arrangement of guitars their favorite guitarists used on famous recordings by ear
-get whipped up into a fury talking about such things as cruise control and The Beatles
- and despite all this, haven’t played guitar in over a month-
It’s terribly easy. This is why I liked blowtorch- he was needed to keep you all in line.
That’s a gremlin! You can eat as late as you’d like
Trolls can be invisible?
Did we ever determine what happened to him?
Maybe I was trolling you with my mixed up meme?
He is still alive- I saw him on another forum that I lurk after he disappeared. Not sure if he was given a time out, booted, or just got bored.
Awaiting approval for second account to double like this.
HEY--don't get me started on cruise control.
I think my feet are troll like but that's it
No, because eveyone already knows that Affinity Telecasters are just as good as the ones you get from the Fender Custom Shop.
Maybe I'm jaded because I read other forums and sites like Reddit, but I haven't seen a troll problem here. Perhaps I'm not looking in the right places?
Or maybe like JakeDog says, the troll is actually me.
Good to know. Thanks!
Well, his rule is flawed. On the gear page, everyone is a troll.
Looks like you joined before blowtorch disappeared. Don't know how you missed one.
This is one of only 3 mentions of Screaming Yellow Zonkers on TDPRI and one of the others was also from you. Congrats! My cousins lived down the street from the guy who developed SYZs and he used to bring them test batches to get their comments.
