Does FedEx deliver on Saturdays?

I ordered a Tele neck which was shipped Fed Ex, it says delivery date is by the end of 1/21...

I don't get much Fed Ex stuff, mostly UPS and USPS, I'm just curious!

the tracking will show its in the KC dist center but its actually in florida on its way to NYC

In my area, FedEx does deliver on Saturdays but you have to be there to accept the delivery or sign for it (if the latter is required).

A lot of the FedEx ground packages I receive are delivered by contractors. I've gotten packages on Saturdays and Sundays, sometimes well into the evening.

(Fedex does not normally deliver on Mondays. Neither does UPS.)
No, there's no extra charge for Saturday delivery.
No, you only need to sign for a delivery if:
A) The sender pays for that service, regardless of item value.
B) FedEx insists on a signature because the item is over $250.00.

Did Moses part the Red Sea? I'd say it all depends on whether or not the driver is a contractor. Those guys seem to go by their own rules as far as attempting deliveries and they fib to dispatch a lot.

I didn't get the neck, I was here all day working on an amp, I know the dogs would have barked had anyone come inside the gates (they are inside, but have good ears), no notice left either.

I was just curious, I thought I'd hang around the house just in case anything showed up. Got alot done, anyhow!

Fedex Home Delivery is Tuesday-Saturday.

Fedex Ground and the Fedex air options are Monday-Friday unless you pay extra for Saturday delivery.

It has nothing to do with whether or not the driver is a contractor.
