Does anyone recognize this Crybaby circuit?

Circuits and pedal repair are not my forte. I bought this wah back in high school from my English teacher, not realizing it didn't work right. I tried a couple times through the years to "fix" it, and now 20 years on I have and idea involving Crybaby guts. Trouble is, I can't find a circuit that looks like this one. I know it's pre 1990, but beyond that I've got nothing.
Right now I've at least got it bypassing, which is something...

It looks like an original GCB-95 that’s had some “modifications”. The only nductir looks like it has been changed to a stack of dimes inductor. The connector on the right has obviously been totally wasted.

Late 80's GCB-95. I have a 1985, and I can see that this one here has an extra electrolytic cap and resistor. Probably Rev. C or D.
