    I've got a 1952 Les Paul which is three years older than me and a birthyear 1955 Les Paul Jr GA-5 amp. IMG_1668.JPG s-l1600 (1).jpg
    Yes the guitar was converted way back when by a previous owner with all 50's parts.

    I was born in 1965. I have a 1964 Guild S-200 Thunderbird and a 1956 Gibson ES-225. So, only two out of a total of 23 guitars and basses that I own.

    I have that exact guitar, but mine is a year older. How cool to see another one!

    Sold several pre-war Kalamazoos and lap steels and a prized 1954 Martin 000-18 in a moment of weakness...

    ‘82 Washburn Falcon. Was gone since the late 80’s but I found it on line recently and bought it back. He will also inherit this ‘81 Augustino ( as in LoPrinzi )

    Early 1950's Rodebald Hoyer. Probably the first and last one you'll ever see. Kent Armstrong Jazz pickup added. It plays wonderfully. This photo doesn't show the fantastic tortoise binding front and back, along the neck, and inside the f-holes. Still looking for the right pickguard.
