Been over a year since I had it checked, but when I did, it was so low I told my doctor "I may not actually be a man." It was .04.

You guys think the DRE is such a horrible experience are exaggerating wussies... it's quick, painless, no big deal at all. Even nicer if your doc is a woman! ;-)

Try having your bladder scoped... you'll view the rectal exam as fresh cut flowers on a warm spring day.

Imrt radiation therapy and androgen ablation.
PSA now .2 I can relate to the anxiety of the tests and procedures. You never completely get out of that.

Had that done about 10 years ago..The little bugger was getting slightly enlarged..Then a biopsy was negative..Silly md said I needed another to be sure..I changed urologist..The new doc did another with the same results..That was a ball lol..
He put me on meds to stop the growth..
Now everything is fine (as far as the growth is concerned)..
Other thinks are not working very well though..Damn it..

36...ouch! 2 cm tumor - not good. Fortunately, the efficacy of treatments for prostate cancer has improved tremendously. I wish you the best and hope you are on the road to a successful recovery.

Thank you. I appear to be doing fine. I get checked out every year; so far, no sign of the disease.
