...for sharing pictures of our favorite guitars?

1990 35th Anniversary Stratocaster, Silver Lace Sensors, Clapton mid-boost mod.

    I know it's not a tele, but...

Nice! If(when?) I ever buy a strat, that color scheme is on the top of my list. Can't get over the pickups though. In my mind's eye a strat needs those pole pieces to "look right". :) Although, the strat-copy I have got retrofitted with a SD Hot Rails and that one doesn't have (visible)pole pieces either. Oh well. :)

Do we need a reason? NOOOOO!!!!

Beautiful 35th! Here's mine. Similar look. Whenever I need to record a late 60's fuzz like lead, I grab this one and hit the Clapton pre-amp.

I have to admit, this guitar took a backseat (in the closet? ;)) for a while when I was using high gain amps.
Now that I'm playing with a '57 Deluxe tweed again, that mid-boost sounds great and helps me keep my rig simple - guitar (clip on tuner)->amp.

i was going to put strings on, but then I'd have to learn how to play and stuff like that is hard.

OMG all these Ratocasters displayed on this Tele site! What is the world coming too? I guess I will do my best to put the world back on track.
