If you can cut out any mindless snacking, or at least snack on healthy stuff, that’s a start. Skip the cheetodorito and donut type stuff.
You might look up what actors eat in order to gain massively for a heavy role, then don’t do that 😉.
I cut out beer and started drinking a couple of protein shakes a day at times when I felt the urge to snack. Protein shakes are pretty good at promoting a feeling of satiety.
