Disgusting Vox in local ad

AC4TV is a cool amp. Perfect for real Vox tone at apartment volumes, and loud enough to gig in small venues. At the right price, refinishing or rehousing it, could be a fun project for someone

Id say as someone said it was stored in a damp basement and there's been some mdf swelling and/or the tolex has peeled as those were prone to. Cheap enough I'd buy it. The fact it's still got a tag suggests not much use. Might just need some hot glue on the tolex edges to be a woodshed amp.

Ya, and somehow the incident didn't destroy both amps.

But, yeah, even if it was in good condition, $250 seems kind of steep.
A quick google says Guitar Center has a used one for $159 that looks better kept.

I paid, I think, £120 for mine and it was mint. So can’t disagree.
