Just pulled the trigger on an FSR CV 60s Esquire in LPB. I should get it in early July.

I was wondering is there actually anything different under the hood compared to the FSR CV 50s version from last year?

Do they have the same pickups? What about the wiring?

As a sidenote... who can inform me about the historic evolution of the Esquire back in the fifties and sixties? Were there any differences back then in the evolution?

I'm not sure if this is different between both Esquires, but the FSR CV 60s Esquire LPB which I bought some time ago has narrower nut string spacing compared to Chinese CVC and CV50s. The neck width is the same, just the nut string cut is narrower.

I would guess that the electrical components are the same.

Congrats, my 50's is great guitar.

The only difference I'm aware of is colour, and binding on the CVC60.

    Congratulations too.
