Deluxe Reverb 2x10 Any experience?

    Those take a long time to break in, even if you have Weber do their "break in". Once they get loose though, they are just wonderful speakers, got that warm far mid range, but the lows and highs are clean...
    I remember one night looking back at my DR at a club gig where I could open it up a bit and just shaking my head it sounded so good!

    That's fantastic to hear, exactly what I'm going for! Yeah, I've done enough speaker swaps to realize some speakers need more time than others to break in... so to be patient. I'll have them break em in, but still. I try to practice at least an hour every day. I'll just use that exclusively for a while until they loosen up.

    FYI, today I installed the Fat Jimmy C1025 + Jupiter 10SC into my 2x10 Deluxe Reverb. Wow, what a great sound! Wonderful top end goodness, along with more (and more solid) bottom than the GA10-SC64 + V1030 pairing. And just 6.2 lbs. total speaker weight.
