Any suggestions for a Delay pedal under $100?
I’ve been directed towards a Mad Professor Deep Blue.

A Boss DD3 has been my go to delay for 20 years. Mxr carbon copy or an Aqua Puss can be seen under a 100 used if you want analog. I personally use the DD3 for long delays, and use a Boss DM2 analog for slap on my gigging pedalboard.

    Cheap and effective.
On my 12 pedals board I have
    Boss DD-3 > EH Memory Toy > Boss RV-5
and this combo covers a lot of ground for my playing.
I then stumbled on a cheaper yet Boss ME-50 used in mint condition for 119 euros, nice delays, reverbs and more, that I use where compactness is a must in small venues.

    Used Digitech Digidelay. $50.00 max
    3 ranges of digital delay
    4 seconds
    Analog sim
    Analog sim w/mod
    Reverse
    Loop mode
    Cab voice direct out
    Stereo ping pong out.
    This thing works.
If you want to spend a full hundy, used Boss DD-7 does all of the above probably and more maybe.

Yep I have 2 Digitech Digdelays on my pedalboard. Paid under $50 each.

My current delay is definitely not under 100 clams, but it is the Belle Epoch from Caitlinbread. It's their pedal version of the Echoplex IV and is quite nice.

I had a TC Electronics “The Prophet” digital delay. Built like a brick, and sounds great. They’re real cheap used.

These are very good for the price.

Used TC Flashback? They're very versatile, on my Toneprint download I've got a nice Tri Chorus option, it saves having another pedal for the occasional chorus outing.

What type of delay sound do you like? Tape, analog, digital?

I was going to recommend this as well. The one I own is the Ver. 1 which could be found as low as $85 in Reverb. The Ver. 2 features three Toneprint options/dials and some othet functions but I believe it retails for $169, OP might be better off with the Ver. 1 :p

Lots of used ones, depending on what flavor you prefer. I have been on the LP/Hermida EPH-3 bandwagon, if you can wait for a sale, then wait for delivery. Neither wait has been that bad for a new pedal @ $50.

A simple joyo delay works for me. The best I've ever heard though is by mxr.

I just ordered one myself. I believe it's the same as the Mooer AnaEcho. I'm sure the Rowin, Tomsline, etc...have their own version as well.

You could try 3 different delays for under $100 with the Chinese minis.

I went through a number of them, finally landed on a MXR Carbon Copy.
It's absolutely perfect for me. Minimal number of knobs and settings, as I prefer 'simple' over 'lots of options'.

    I don't think that's a <$100 pedal even used, is it?

Joyo d-Seed. One of the most versatile delays I've ever played. Around $100 new. Less used, obviously.
