So I'm using a tricone cone...which is the wrong one to use  but here's what I'm doing to convert it for use as a single 'biscuit' cone
I found that a toilet paper roll was the perfect dia., trimmed one down and taped up the cone and then taped the cut-down roll to the top of the cone, then filled it with West Systems epoxy. I sanded it back some and am letting it fully cure before reducing it down to it's final thickness. After that I'll make a wood biscuit and saddle and glue it all together.

This will/should/probably transfer the pressure evenly to a wide area instead of just the small top part that a T-bridge would in a tricone set-up and allow the cone to withstand the string pressure.
