    Damn, that's quite a collection. Immediately I scrolled down to check out those early Broadcasters and that Esquire...impressive!

    he's donating the proceeds to charity , some spectacular history here , it saddens me to see him part with these iconic audio weapons , but at least hes doing it while hes still alive to do so , Kudos to the man !

    I was saddened to see Lester Paulfus's auction, and Johnny Winter's auction, but this is by choice so extra Kudos!

    I went through the entire collection , 3 Items on the 24 track wish list of improbability.......
    1) the coral sitar
    2) the gretsch white penguin
    3) left handed strat ( black)

    every thing else is pearls before swine in my case,

    That's how I felt when Clapton auctioned Brownie and Blackie. Like the universe was a little unbalanced after the fact. But good on them for using their celebrity for the benefit of others.
