Leave me alone...
My favorite song from one of my favorite Bowie albums, Ziggy Stardust. Diamond Dogs was my favorite album
Ziggy starts with the perfect downer(five years) and end with the perfect upper(Rock and Roll Suicide)! He was the man, man.
Killer track. Peak stuff. The punks learned it here.
I have a cat named Henry, he won't leave me alone either.
Mick Ronson is a guitar god.
We had several Bowie tunes in our set list over the years, and this song was always one of 'em. By the end of the tune, the dance floor would be packed.
Bowie is often cited as one of the progenitors of punk.
Ya! Da Mick! I miss Mick. Gone too soon!
I said to my buddy once "Droggie don't crash here". He said "I love it... an obscure reference to an obscure reference!".
Great tune. Next to Ziggy, my favorite tune. Well, and then there's Moonage Daydream in that mix.

“Chev brakes are snarlin’
As you a stumble, across the road...
But the day breaks instead so you hurry home... “
From Philly! Where else???
Covered this in my band that never played due to global crises
I remember this album. It was the last Bowie album I bought. After this he lost me with "Young Americans".
No argument, but many assume it's him on Rebel, Rebel-- when in fact it's Bowie.
