Let’s pay honor to a Space Oddity before 2019 is over. I didn’t know that a Space Oddity was released one week before the 1969 moon launch. The guitar is pretty amazing including the space effects.

I do this tune in my solo acoustic gigs (solo guitar and vocal). Great song from a great artist!

I think it gives the feeling of being in space Like no other song

“Now it's time to leave the capsule if you dare
"This is Major Tom to Ground Control
    I'm stepping through the door
And I'm floating in a most peculiar way
And the stars look very different today”

I think David Bowie, at that time, was an Oddity somewhere in Space.

It's a great song, the best ever about space, better than 'Rocket Man'. and closely followed by 'Star Man'.

I do it too, and it's not too hard to play

Bowie is my favorite artist. I love the song. When Chris Hadfield put this cover together on the ISS I thought it was beautiful.
