Darn it.....when will I learn, don't do the dishes!

    Hope you heal soon.

    I do the dishes, but the only things I've been refusing to wash are when my wife uses her big, antique, crystal glass serving plates that are about 1 millimeter thick and nearly snap under their own weight.

    I don't even like being in the same room with them.

    The only cutting I'm afraid of is the cutting look I will get when I inevitably break them while cleaning up.

    I was washing dishes at age 12 - trying to get the rag to the bottom of a Coke glass when it broke and cut me between the ring and pinky fingers. I can get the chills thinking about how that glass felt going in and coming out...
