I've posted here in the past about these nice covers and their awesome service. Turns out that the excellent gentleman who ran the company and did all the orders and customer service passed away unexpectedly. It sounds like the folks there are really struggling to decipher his whole computer system -- obviously a small shop. So: 1. If you have an order in with them, you should check in. I did and they promised to ship it right out. 2. If you were planning an order, I'd check in with them by email (the address on their website still worked for me) to see how they're doing -- they were going to try to 'slow the flow' for a while to catch up. 3. This *isn't* a warning about their product or service -- if they can continue their quality and revive their customer service system, I will definitely use them in the future.
