I'm wondering if they've changed the bridge on the Telebration La Cab's.. Mine appears to have the same bridge as the Custom Shop. The custom shop web page describes it as Chrome plated brass bridge plate, with Stainless Steel saddles. That's what is on mine, I had been expecting a standard 6 saddle hard tail.

If you can find the parts numbers you can order them but all I have ever seen listed are regular USA production models and MIM's.

Your best bet is The Stratosphere on Ebay they buy new guitars and sell all the parts.

    Heres mine:

There's a matte finish on these. I thought "milled stainless" would be shiny...

Yes, I've searched all over for Custom Shop parts... No luck.

Thanks for the Stratosphere reminder. I'll have to wait for a 10% off sale...

Even Fender dealers can't get custom shop parts.. Don't know if many people realize that custom shop parts like pickguards and such are different from production models and fender doesn't make these available separately.

You didn't say is your bridge different from mine?

Your bridge looks the same, do my saddles look the same as yours?

This is the same bridge the Billy Corgan signature Strat gets, and the same one the American Series Hardtail Strat used to use. Plate, hardware and saddles.

Mebbe CS took the plate, and used some saddles from the American Deluxe or made their own. The American Deluxe saddles are a 3 minute switch to this plate.

I do believe that Boris is correct, it looks exactly like the AS hardtail plate and saddles. If they are, the saddles are not machined Stainless, they are sintered. Its a process where the metal, in powdered form, it formed under high pressure and heat to create the part. It's the same way they make good padlocks. You can tell that's the process on these saddles based on the light porous look to the finish.

Thanks all for the input. Maybe I should try the Callaham nickel CG saddles instead as an upgrade?

I put Callaham saddles on mine (as I did for a strat as well a while back) and they did add a bit of welcome sparkle / liveliness to the sound.
