I hope the handle end covers settle in.
You may have to ROCK them a bit!!!
Upside down faceplate!!
Cab gonna be opened or closed?
Semi- open Dumble style cutout.
The cabinet took two tries. After countless Fenders the first one looked like a Fender. I think it looks like a Marshall now.
Is it a new build or modded circuit in an 800 chassis?
Here's my Marshall clone...wait...I got that backwards...or something....
Stock chassis, custom cabinet.
Gold piping would look swell, head and cab. You did say Custom Marshall...
Looks great muchxs. Watching eagerly!
well now that's a beaut
are you thinking it will have speakers?
Now that I have a handle on "Marshall" styling I'm going to re- style a few non- Marshalls.
I've done that combination before a long, long time ago in a land far away...
I tried to cop as many JCM800 styling cues as I could. Gotta have the white piping. Gold is JTM45, white is JCM800. Gotta have the chunky front edges with the wide radius. I'm still not sure what the radius is, something like 30mm? I used the corners as radius gauges and worked the rads until they fit.
Have you checked the price of a 30mm roundover cutter? It's a hundred and change.
You may watch for a while before there is anything else to see. Bear in mind the head cabinet is my second try. Shock Bros take notice... it often takes a few tries. The more repetitions, the better it gets.
Even though leaving them out sheds a lot of weight and eliminates any need for an attenuator I believe I'll put a pair of GB128s in there.
Big fan of those vertical input JCMs. This head/cab custom is just gorgeous.
I'm going to re- package one of my Lead 12s next using rough red or Vox / Hiwatt red. I've never seen a red one. Or purple. Or green. And so on.
Got another sow's ear into a silk purse idea starting with a low buck '80s amp, re- styled, modified ant hot- rodded.
