OK, so the recent thread about forgotten 90's bands has reminded me about Curve.

I really used to like them at the time, bought the albums and several EPs, but never got to see them live.

But yeah, a great band, who deserve to be remembered. I had almost forgotten about them myself...

Toni Halliday & Dean Garcia made some great sounds.

I was a little in love with Toni too...but don't tell the wife...

Don't recall ever coming across them.....your second video won't show, but I liked one and three, especially three. I'll have to "delve" deeper. Thanks. :)

Amazing band...luuved them. Saw them with Spiritualized and JAMC. Very deft fusion of electronic with huge walls of guitar....danceable shoegaze, or at least it was groove heavy. Dean Garcia and Toni knew their stuff. The show ended with Sandstorm...all red lights...sooo good. They were stylish, catchy as all get out, and sounded huge...
I met Toni at a record store; she was sooo gracious, even singing a part of Horrorhead for me when I asked her about a part at the end where I couldn't identify the instrument (trumpet, apparently).

Was just going to post this one -- great track!

Curve was really cool -- they definitely bridged the gap between shoegaze and 90s dance rock. Not sure why they weren't bigger -- Garbage ended up being huge and they always just sounded like a watered down version of Curve. I love this track from the Blindfold EP

It's not the first time that's been said...

I like both bands, but Garbage could sound a bit like a Curve cover band at times...
