I know he has some bad records, but when Shatner is good, he is really good. I have a few of his albums, and they are in the rotation.

honestly, he does it justice, and then some. it works!
surprisingly great version. but you've got to get past the :50 mark, for him to get the obligatory kirk/christopher walker pause out of the way ("I'm the....garbageman"
), and for him to find his flow and his inner PSYCHO

William Shatner's legacy is going to be both amazing and bewildering. Nobody has yet figured out if this stuff (and the other covers) is serious or a joke.

Learn something new every day. That's some frickin' cool punk/surf/skaterock/something stuff there. Never knew or heard of this WS/Cramps music. I know who WS is though. Silly commercials, but musician too. Mr. Shatner has a whacko sense of humor. Crazy.
