For chocolate covered candy making... By accident... melt some almond bark and mix in a few semi-sweet chocolate chips....... The candies BTW, are my take on Reeces peanut butter cups. I ground up graham cracker and mix in peanut butter and honey and put in candy mold and set in freezer to harden. Roll those "pucks" in the melted chocolate concoction then deposit them on to awaiting aluminium foil to set. FWIW, 1 graham cracker, 2 tbsp's PB and 1 tbsp honey make enough pucks to use 1 cube of almond bark and about 10 chocolate chips. "A minute on the lips, a year on the hips"... you've been warned!
