CORON Over Drive 0300 / Anyone know anything about these?

Yesterday I acquired a CORON Over Drive 0 300 as an added item in a trade. It appears to be MIJ, and from the late 70's or early 80's. It sounds quite nice. It's a soft overdrive with a slight boost in high end, but it has no tone control.

A search is revealing very little information (virtually none) about this pedal or the brand. Does anyone know anything about these?

Ahhh finally..

You got a sleeper Coron, also made under the names locobox, sanox and frontline. Coron and Locobox pedals regularly go for good money on ebay.

I have a frontline distortion which is basically a MXR Dist + clone/killer. started a thread on it in the pedal owners clubs but never got any bites

I have a Memphis branded Coron compressor (it's blue instead of the Coron red version), it is from the early first-series Coron pedals that were basically MXR clones, but the case is slightly longer. Sounds and works just like a Dyna Comp, probably the same circuit. They did as stated market them under many different names, as shown on the EffectsDataBase pages. From my searching on Ebay, it seems that Coron and Memphis brands show up mostly in North American auctions, and the Storm brand pedals usually are located in England or other parts of Europe.

Thanks to both for the replies. I'll have to search some of the other brand names - maybe some more info will appear with those.

In the meantime I'll place it on my pedal board and see how it does
