awesome , I have a guitarlin and to make it a 12 string would be a dream to say the least
This is ridiculous
Love that headstock. I've converted 2 6 strings into 12 strings and it is a fun thing to do.
We gotta hear this thing! Epic design! Epic! Upload a Youtube video!
Stunning. Add me to the waiting list for a demo video.
Again, thanks so much for your interest, everybody. I have gotten a bit sidetracked, but will get something together soon to satisfy your curiosity about the guitar's sound.
Finally put the space heater on in my little studio room and put together this brief clip that gives a pretty fair idea of how it sounds. Key of A so the open low string gets some use. Sounds best loud!
Sounds like two(or three) instruments paying at once. Awesome.
Love the 12 strings - sounds awesome
I love it!
That sounds so good. Kudos.
WOW - that's sounds as amazing as it looks!
That sound is awesome! wow. Speechless.
OK, here's your chance to see what one of you creative types can do with one of these crazy bodies! It's been a little while now since one has come up on Ebay--the NOS supply must finally be dwindling down after all these years! A couple of little chips at the tips of the horns, but nothing a bit of minor cosmetic work won't fix nicely, I would think. You could end up with a real looker and, based on my own experience, a guitar made with one of these bodies can sound absolutely great with good hardware, pickups, and setup.
that's a fantastic looking and sounding baritone you built, and great work. Bravo!
Amazing project! Would love to hear how it sounds.
Thanks very much for that compliment, Walter. It means a lot coming from someone with your taste in guitars and ear for tone.
