That theft was no petty larceny. I'm glad to guitars were found, and the crook apprehended... It's a petty that it had to happen in the first place..... What? I did what?????? a pun? NO!!!!! I deny..

Well, I hope the cops consider this more than just petty theft.

What sometimes happens is they enter the offense at the theshold level, to get the process started.

Later, once documentation establishes the accurate value of the stolen items, the charges are enhanced by the Ass't DA. So, I'm not too alarmed.

Even the losers are subject to the law. Those fellas won't be coming round here no more as that was their last dance, at least for awhile.

oh crap, I might as well jump on the band wagon, I see the guitars have yet to be returned, I'm sure the waiting is the hardest part... I would have had a major breakdown over the incident, I make a plea to all axe thievers out there.... don't do me like that.... I'd be the first to tell Tom... you got lucky.... when it comes to the charges I hope he won't back down... for those who don't have such a collection, you don't know how it feels... it's a terrible thing when such a collection goes into the great wide open.... ok I quit... glad Tom got his guitars back.

I see what you did there. Don't do me like that. When I found out the guitars were stolen, it was very Hard on me. What I need to know is if the D.A. is going to Listen to her Heart and Wont back down. I guess we will see. But you know, the waiting is the hardest part.

They got lucky when they found those. Jail time is warranted; I hope the legal proceedings don't break down and they go ahead and give it to 'im.

If it were me, I'd do anything to make 'im feel like an adzwhole.

I was thinking the case would be cracked by the night watchman...

Ha! I make a lame joke, but I get it backwards--the guy they arrested was apparently a security guard, so it was the night watchman what done it!

Generally and historically guitar and amp thefts are done by junkies (heroin addicts)
    or crack heads.
