Just scored an old Mitchell 1X12 cabinet in oak and wicker. Should have it next week.
cool looking box
NICE! What speaker and amp will you use?
Thanks, I will load an older WGS ET-65 that is well broken in into it and be using it with my S2 Lightning head.
Very nice cabinet.
I've never seen a Mitchell cabinet like that, reminds me of the Legend amps from the 70s.
The listing said it was rare and at least 35 years old. Reminded me of the hardwood/wicker M/B furniture...
Is that the same Mitchell that made the sand filled 2X12 cabs? I had one of those back in the day.
I believe so...
That handle alone will fetch big bucks from a Peavey Classic amp freak. They don't make 'em anymore and when they fall apart they're gone.
That cab looks heavy!
PS: Wicker is what they make patio furniture out of. What you have there is called "cane."
I really really like that cab.
This is gonna be nice.
