Anyone turn their control plate around so the knobs are in front of the switch?

I bought one. The MIM FSR BSB RC (reverse control). Available for the last few years.
I wanted that feature for volume swells and my strat and my humbucker guitars, all have the volume knob in front. Although now that I value the neck pickup of the tele, I could easily see myself reverse the reverse control, control plate. Naaa, I probably won't do that. I like it to be like my other guitars.

Tried it once. Having the switch back there didn't work for me. I might like it if it went V-switch-T, but not V-T-switch.

Did it to this one because the trem made it hard to use the volume/ tone controls. Switched it out, much easier to reach everything (goes: Volume-Tone-Pup selector).

It all depends on what you need access to during a song. I prefer having ready access to the volume knob instead of the switch.

FYI, there is a FSR BSB Reverse Control Plate Club under the Guitar Owners Club section for further consideration.

How would turning the guitar and leaving the plate where it is work?

Different way to come up the hill I guess.....it is 4/1.

Every Tele I've ever had since I got my....

first one back in the sixties has had a reversed control plate. I initially did it so I could do "steel guitar" effects without a volume pedal easier and then I just got used to it...........JH in Va.
