    Hi All,

I'm working on my Magnatone 421 which needs new filter caps.

Currently, it has a 40/40/20 can.

Would like to replace it with a JJ 40/20/20/20 with 2 sections wired in parallel to = 40/40/20

Any downsides or jail time with this approach?

The Magnatone uses a solid state half-wave bridge.

Sure, Marshall amps have paralleled cap cans all the time
