Any body got a tip as to where I can get these?
Concentric knobs for CTS 500k/500k dual concentric "stacked" audio taper pot
    Top shaft is 3/16"(4.75mm) diameter
    bottom shaft is 17/64"(6.75mm) diameter.

There are plenty out there but none I can locate atm with correct shaft sizes.
These are a vintage '62 jazz bass set - I use the chrome units instead of the vintage correct ones with black lower knob and chrome upper knob.

Allparts are out so are Guitar Parts resource - have the pots and some mini concentric knobs which are wrong size

euro zone or USA is fine

    thanks

Small Bear is a great retailer that focuses mostly on parts for making pedals - they have a few choices of concentric pots & knobs. Also Tayda Electronics.

I've also seen them in auto parts stores as replacements for the radio's knobs.

Alas neither have of concentric knobs to fit the CTS dual gang pots
I believe these were used oreiginally on the '62 Jazz bass - the mini's are physically too small I reckon.
    anyone else got a tip?

unfortunately no - wrong shaft sizes 8mm and 6mm

CTS 500k/500k dual concentric "stacked" audio taper pot
    Top shaft is 3/16"(4.75mm) diameter
    bottom shaft is 17/64"(6.75mm) diameter.

The Knobs I'm after are essentially '62 jazz bass stack knobs - the ones I prefer have chrome top and bottom where the originals have a black lower knob.

Might be easier to change to a different dual pot that uses the available knobs.

the mini's are way too small and fiddly - has to be the bigger ones - just easier to operate - there's millions of those tiny little concentric knobs available - they look like toy knobs :)

Did you ever find the knobs you were looking for?

These Warmoth knobs look like the right sizes:
    https://www.warmoth.com/Concentric-Pot-C825.aspx

    lower:
    • 3/8" (9.5 mm) High, 11/16" (17.5 mm) Wide.
    • Fits on a 17/64" (6.75 mm) shaft.
    Upper:
    • 1/2" (12.7 mm) High, 9/16" (14.3 mm) Wide.
    • Fits on a 3/16" (4.76 mm) shaft.
vintage and modern styles, chrome, black or gold.

Ran into the same problem here finding these recently. Hope it helps you or someone else in the future.
