Boats I'm sure you are very well acclimated to sharing a room (compartment) with others
Your dog wears a saddle?
yes sir! This time I have a little elbow room too!
If I can be honest, I like your side better. Might sneak another amp under that table on her side.
lol you’re the second to say that. It’s a shirt.
haha she was nice enough to let me keep a guitar on her side for a bit. Trying to map out a way to put all mine out. May just have to rotate. But standard tuning electric and acoustic. And the 1970’s hohner is Nashville tuning. So those stay out as they are what I use the most. I do want to get a fender champion 100 soon tho.
May have to rearrange some posters. Forgot about this boy!
How do your neighbors like the Crate VC?
I can’t believe I never got a noise complaint with some of my setups when we were living in one or two-bedroom apartments back in the day.
haha yeaaa. It’s a VC50. I absolutely adore it! Neighbors are actually pretty cool. But I also try to be respectful. I switch to acoustic or playing with the Orange Crush 25RT after 8pm.
But even during the day I don’t really crank the VC. I can’t haha. Apartments are so old they may crumble. LUCKLY even for a 50 watt tube amp, it sounds really good at low volumes. Not many big amps I’ve played sound good low. Have to get those toobes all pissed off lol.
Know what you mean, I got that when I moved into PO1 bearthing
haha must be nice. I had to stay with the kids lol. We were Deck Division too. Stinky sweaty 20 year olds haha. We had a few first class there though. We were a Destroyer. So pretty small. I believe our bearthing was more Rate based we had Deck, DC, and Engineers. The Forest Sherman was my only command I was attached to. So that may be their thing or us being smaller.
I definitely like your side of the room better. I’d rather have half of something than nothing at all. Well done.
From 1981 to 1986 I was stationed at Ingalls Shipbuilding supporting the US Navy DDG 963 and CG47 Class destroyers/cruisers programs as the General Electric Marine Gas Turbine Field Service Representative for the LM2500 Gas Turbine Propulsion Systems. As a certified USN Boat Rider Engineer, I made all sea trials in addition to the installation and commission of the gas turbines and related controls systems. While the Forest Sherman was commissioned well after my watch, I'm sure that she was a fast ship that took the heavy sea states well. My berthing at that time was in the Goat Locker.
I lived by the first rule for 13 years-it may of made my wife happy but sure as hell didn’t make me happy. I’m still waiting to find out if the second rule is true or not.
Looks like a nice space.
I currently sit on the edge of the bed.
It made a nice space for y'all. HNMusicRoomD!
that’s where I moved from lol
I assume it reflects the dog's upbeat attitude.
Nice setup man! If mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy So.... kudos man! You can serenade her while she's doing her craftwork!
