Trim the lines back
The transition curve from the fretboard down to the peghead from the side view
A transition curve from the back of the neck to the peghead bottom surface along the centerline
Extrude out the a transition curve into a curved surface
trim back the peghead lines to that surface
I added a line across there and made the top of the peghead surface.
I went back and pasted in the outline of the peghead on the bottom...I deleted it earlier.
I split those lines apart because I needed the parts highlighted in yellow
Then I extruded those lines into the side surfaces of the peghead transitions
trimmed one side
and trimmed the other side
connected that surface to the previous surface...that's the top of the peghead
I split one side
and the other side to get rid of excess surface that I don't want
leaving me with this
I drew in an arc to the fretboard where the back of the neck starts to transition to the peghead
I drew another arc to the other end of the transition from the fretboard
I put a cutting plane through the neck shaft surfaces to split them at the transition point curve
I split and deleted the short section
Now I create a surface from all those lines...first one side
