I'm glad you've experienced Denver Beer Co. - they are great people for a band to play for.

Anyone up for making some noise on Sunday? We moved a few months ago and have only been playing acoustics.

Kevin, Greeley is just as far as your current place if you ever want to get together.

I finally got a piece of the pie

Sold the Gunbarrel estate for a huge profit and found a great home at 7500 feet in Boulder Heights. We are still moving in and all my guitar building machines are inaccessible.

I played several 4-5,000 dollars Gibson guitars today and they just don't work or feel good. I want a 335 or 330, but I'm going to have to roll my own. I can buy some tools with the savings.

I think I should be able to squeak away for at least a couple of hours on Sunday. Not sure when the kids are coming back home so it could be iffy. But even if we jam acoustic for a bit would be fun. Jeez even if I come over and drink gitold's beer would be fun :)

I could do acoustic for a bit on Sunday or even electric. I could probably get Paul to come too.

I saw this show the last time it was broadcast. Elderly is a great company whom I've dealt with from before the Internet.

After a holiday season break, the Royal Aces surf band will be back in action, at the one and only Gary Lee's Motor Club, 176 S. Broadway in Denver. January 28, 10 pm, no cover charge.

    Hey everyone,

I posted this in the Bad Dog, but Joe Sailor suggested I put it here since this is a pretty active section.

I'm trying to book an event in Denver in October, and I'm looking for a hotel. Can anyone tell me anything about the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center? Or does anyone know of a nice hotel that won't cost me $250/night in October in Denver? I need a place that can host a business meeting for about 110 people.

    Thanks!

    3) Sunday, June 4, 4 to 8 pm. The fifth anniversary party for the very cool Vesper Lounge, 233 East 7th Ave. Burgers on the patio, drink specials, and rocking surf.
