A new low in boredom, a new high in OCD behavior.
Mind you, this was after I gave the racoon a haircut and changed out his pickups.
Hmm.... below freezing here today. Got a little snow. But I did get my tabs in the mail yesterday. Should warm up a little for a few days, but rainy, then back to the 40's. I need a new jacket.
Official ice-out on Lake Minnetonka yesterday at 9:48AM. More than two weeks ahead of normal.
-11C (10F or so). Sunny but the snow's not melting yet. I'm so envious of you folks down south.
Yup totally get that.
I thought the racoon cuts his own hair?

Right! 71, brrr!
Yeah those bore and cylinder head fins can be a real pain to get into.
4 out of 5 dentists reccomend Meguiers. Don't know what you use on teeth.
Water cooled, no fins...but I did give the pet seal a bath too. His fins were fairly clean.
After 4 cups of high octane java, I was especially industrious this morning...and frankly the little ba$t@rd needed it.
I suffer from CDO. Its like OCD except, the Letters are in the Right order.
That’s where you’re supposed release the reindeer you got for your kid for Christmas after the holiday.
“I saw a family of deer down by lake Minnetonka” “they’ll take him in as one of their own”-Neighbor Ted
The REAL question is- Scissors or electric clippers?
Gonna be miserably cold tomorrow here: rain, 55 F for the low, 66 for the high. Gonna be over 90 F by next Wednesday- crazy weather!
I'm a mechanic. When I'm not at work I hate thinking about cars.
My neighbor on the other hand is a bonafide car guy. Everything about them; working on them, customizing them, painting them, detailing them, sound systems, interiors...the works. He's also the kind of guy that is ALWAYS in his driveway doing something.
One time I came home from a particularly bad day at work, and he was in the driveway with the transmission out of his Datsun pickup, and was scrubbing the bell housing with a toothbrush. I asked him what in the world he was doing, and he told me the truck had a small power steering leak he fixed, but kept getting residual drips on the driveway, that were coming from a small pool of fluid on top of the trans. So he pulled it out to scrub it with a toothbrush.
I didn't have any idea how to respond to that so I went in the house without a word.
